All repairs and maintenance should be referred to the strata manager during office hours.
If you contact any tradespeople directly please advise the office at the first available opportunity. We are more than happy for you to use your own tradespeople provided that the tradespeople are fully licenced and comply with all New South Wales current legislation and regulations. If you can, try and avoid calling the tradesman directly as strata legislation stipulates that we must send the tradesman a work order on behalf of the owner’s corporation prior to any works being done.
After hours emergency repairs MUST be reported by telephone only as emails may not be monitored outside of normal working hours.
